WEEK TWO:

HONOR YOURSELF

Get ready to prioritize yourself and set powerful new boundaries that will steadily bring you back from the burnout brink. You'll learn new practices that you can incorporate into your daily life and get more comfortable being honest with yourself AND saying no to others as a form of self-care.

THIS WEEK YOU WILL:

  • Understand what adds to + drains your energy

  • Get clear on your burnout causes

  • Identify energy vampires and expanders

  • Set healthy boundaries

  • Make mindfulness work for you

WEEK THREE:

LOVE YOURSELF

This week turns the attention inward to your most important relationship: the one with yourself. You’ll explore what self-love means to YOU and learn to give yourself just that. Expect to tackle this often mushy topic in a straightforward way that will leave you feeling more empowered, uplifted, and appreciative of who you really are.

THIS WEEK YOU WILL:

  • Take small actions to love yourself

WEEK FOUR:

COMMIT TO YOURSELF

This final week will set you up with a plan — and the necessary accountability — to beat burnout for good. You’ll learn what it means to commit to burnout prevention as a way of life and begin building momentum. Committing to this new version of you — one where you continuously work towards knowing, honoring, and loving yourself — starts now.

  • Reflect on your biggest takeaways from the course

  • Set commitments to yourself

  • Hold yourself accountable

  • Revisit your most effective burnout-busting tools and strategies

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • YES! In fact, we strongly recommend you take this course to help prevent you from hitting a burnout rock-bottom. This course is also great for people managers to learn tools they can apply to their team.

  • This course is very low-lift; it requires no more than 20 minutes each day. However, we are not mental health professionals and recommend anyone in a space of acute burnout to seek the professional support they need as a supplement to this course.

  • We’ve intentionally designed this course to fit into the busiest schedules. You’ll need no more than 20 minutes each day, plus one hour every week for the optional group coaching calls.

  • We do not offer payment plans but if you have a financial need, email us at yes@fpfc.com and let’s talk.

  • Absolutely! We offer group rates for teams of four or more. Please contact us yes@fullplatefullcup.com to discuss.

  • You’ll need a computer, something to write with, and either a way to print the workbook or a dedicated journal. Colored pencils / crayons / markers are optional for two of the workbook exercises.
